The Ithaca Boat House

The Ithaca Boat House offers the feel of living on the water with out the waves. The upstairs living room is situated over the waters edge with surrounding windows, giving you a panoramic view of the lake and beautiful sunsets.  As the sun goes down and the stars come out, take in the night from the dock or the king size bed with a master view of the sky.

The lower unit is nestled directly over the water where you can relax and enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves as you watch the lake. It has a romantic fireplace in the living room and a Queen size bed.  The deck offers a large shaded picnic table and direct access to the lake right outside the door. The lower unit is also fully handicapped accessable.

During the day, lounge on the dock swings or go for a swim.  Whether you want to relax or be busy... there is something for everyone.

Outside is a wraparound dock and wooden swings to enjoy the lake. A long pergola walkway covered in lights adds to the view.

Both the lower and upper units have their own private decks with swings, comfortable coushioned deck furniture, and large picnic tables.

The lower level has had an amazing transformation! When I first saw it I thought it was nice, but with the remodeling it defiantly has the WOW!! factor. The fireplace gives the living room that warm cozy feeling. Had a great time, thanks Peggy and Dave, see you again soon.
